Ceramic Starter Kits

Starter kits are perfect for anyone looking to try out ceramic art. Remember: Anyone can do ceramics! Its a great activity for all ages and an amazing way to create a piece and of course memories, that will last forever. Ceramics is more eco friendly than art hobbies such as resin art and allow you to create sustainable, functional pieces.

How Are Ceramics Made?
*Pieces are made on the wheel or hand built.
*Pieces must dry for up to one week.
*Pieces are then trimmed and perfected.
*Pieces enter the kiln and are bisque fired below 2,000 degrees.
*Pieces are then glazed. All of our kitchenware is glazed with nontoxic, food safe glaze.
*Pieces re-enter the kiln and are fired to upward of 2,000+ degrees.
*Piece is finally ready to be photographed, packaged, and come home with you!

Disclaimer
Ceramics is one of the most unpredictable mediums to work with. Greenware is fragile and can shatter with the slightest bump, clay that is not fully dry and contains air pockets can explode in the kiln. It can be extremely discouraging when something happens to a piece you worked so hard on. That being said we are not responsible for what happens to your piece during the firing process.
